I had a really great stay here. The accommodation is brand new, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — especially Liam, Ali, and Keanu, who always made me feel welcome and supported. The assistant manager, Claire, was warm and approachable, and the general manager, James, was consistently helpful whenever anything was needed. A special thank you as well to the night staff, who were responsible, professional, and made me feel safe and looked after. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city centre, making everything very convenient. The team always did their best to help whenever needed, and you can really feel that they care about their guests. I also enjoyed the regular activities, both indoor and outdoor, which made the stay more fun and social. The gym sessions with Jabz were another highlight — motivating and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with an amazing team. Highly recommended.
