The team are really helpful and I was a little confused about the rooms. The team kindly assisted me to find the right one for me. Great service

extremely consistent with their responses and were open to answering queries of mine which made the process smoother for me amongst the stress of preparing for for university.

The only issue I have with this website is that you cannot determine whether the properties are truly available until you contact the agency, which means many properties you might have set your eyes on may not be available, which is disappointing. Aside from that I have no problems, they follow-up well on whether the agency got back to me and also with similar properties I might be interested in.
