The website is quite easy to use and understand what you're getting into before accepting your offer. The terms of renting are very easy to understand, which is especially useful for new students. The staff are probably the best aspect of AfS, as they check up on your progress each step of the way, and are very understanding and polite.

Helpful and responsive team. Although we were unable to find accomodation for my daughter, we did find this service to offer prompt feedback and support. Hopefully we will be successful in securing accommodation in the future!
