    This property is in an ideal location for university, being right outside the gates of CCCU and only a few minutes walk away from town. The house itself is spacious and welcoming. The garden is big and has a great view of the cathedral. The chillout room outside is perfect as a study space as well as a space to hang out friends and relax. The landlady is super helpful, kind, welcoming and is quick to resolve any problems.

    There are so many good things to say about this property. Firstly, the house is great. So close to CCCU, five minutes from central Canterbury and ten minutes from Canterbury West train station. Rooms are great study spaces and communal areas allow residents to develop a real family unit. Kitchen has everything you need. Garden is an added bonus with a view of the Cathedral too. The 'Chill Out Room' in the garden is a fantastic space for work and down time socialising. The landlady has gone above and beyond all of our expectations, with frequent communication and fast responses to any issues. Any issues we have had have been resolved within a matter of days and improvements have even been made to the house and its amenities when asked. Could not have asked for more from this property, superb value for money, costing less per month than many halls of residence. Landlady has been superb.

    Location is amazing, couldn't get closer to CCCU its honestly across the road!! I wish i found this place in 2nd year, i wouldve loved being here for 2 years !! Our landlord couldnt do enough for us, i think we hit the blooming jackpot! :)
