Abbey Lets is a trusted, family-run company with deep roots in Leeds, proudly serving the community for over 30 years. Founded in the 1970s by Mr. Ash Parmar, the business has been successfully led by his son Tesh Parmar since 2010. At the heart of Abbey Lets is a growing portfolio of high-quality student accommodation. Our continued success comes from our excellent reputation, understanding of local residents and student needs, and extensive knowledge of Leeds. Our goal is simple — to provide comfortable, high-standard living spaces that support students throughout their academic journey. Every property is managed directly by us, ensuring a personal, responsive, and professional servicewithout third-party agents. We pride ourselves on strong relationships with our tenants and a genuine commitment to their well-being. At Abbey Lets, every tenant matters. We treat each student as an individual, not just a number, creating a welcoming environment where they feel part of the Abbey Lets family. This personal approach has earned us consistent positive feedback and exceptionally high levels of tenant satisfaction. We are proud members of key Leeds property associations and regulatory bodies, including the Leeds Property Association, Leeds Landlord Accreditation Scheme, UNIPOL Code of Standards, and the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) — reflecting our ongoing commitment to maintaining and raising standards in student housing across the city.
