We opened the Bedquarter Office in Garden Lane, just a hop skip and a jump away from the main Parkgate Campus in February 2018, working with just a handful of landlords and offering less than 50 rooms. Fast forward a few years and it’s fair to say the growth and success of the business has vastly exceeded our own expectations! We are now probably the largest independent letting agent specialising in accommodation for students and young professionals in the City of Chester, offering over 800 rooms!

We believe that the place a student chooses to live is as important as the degree and university they choose! With our clear, transparent style, we make it our mission to understand the requirements of our tenants and guide them through the letting process to find them the perfect property with all the ‘bills’, bells and whistles included!
