We opened the Bedquarter Office in Garden Lane, just a hop skip and a jump away from the main Parkgate Campus in February 2018, working with just a handful of landlords and offering less than 50 rooms. Fast forward a few years and it’s fair to say the growth and success of the business has vastly exceeded our own expectations! We are now probably the largest independent letting agent specialising in accommodation for students and young professionals in the City of Chester, offering over 800 rooms!

We believe that the place a student chooses to live is as important as the degree and university they choose! With our clear, transparent style, we make it our mission to understand the requirements of our tenants and guide them through the letting process to find them the perfect property with all the ‘bills’, bells and whistles included! For our landlords we offer a choice of affordable letting services with customer care at the forefront of everything we do.

The Bed Team are a friendly bunch of experienced forward-thinking individuals, who are passionate about providing the best possible renting experience for landlords and tenants. We take an honest and pragmatic approach with modern creative marketing and use the latest industry technologies to improve our efficiency.

Bed offers a choice of affordable quality accommodation, including ‘Boutique by Bed’, a selection of high end properties finished to a superior standard and added Wow! Plus ‘Frat by Bed’ houses suitable for sports teams or large social groups, kitted out with astro-turf lounges, large flat screen TV’s and other quirky extras such as dart boards and pool tables!
