Available 1st of July 27 - Virtually on Kent University campus! Excellent decorative order, Modern Kitchen, Double Beds in all bedrooms, Sky dish, TV points in all bedrooms. Bath as well as shower. Like a family home rather than a student house.
Located between Kent University and the town centre, it’s almost by the footpath leading to Eliot College and so you can’t get much closer to campus. There is only a really short walking distance to University and it’s closer than Parkwood according to previous students.
If you have a car, there are no parking restrictions in St. Michael’s Road.
Every bedroom has a double bed, digital TV sockets and receives a good wireless Internet signal. All the rooms are a very good size and apart from the bedrooms, there is a spare room which you can use for ironing and storage.
I doubt you will find a house with more space for 3 students.

Canterbury Student Homes is run by Richard and Yvonne Ebbrell. Being a graduate of Kent University, I know from past experience that not all student housing in Canterbury is of the quality to be expected. Many landlords are simply not concerned about the standard of their accommodation, whilst others have too many properties to easily manage and provide a personal service. Because we only have three houses to look after, this enables us to pay a lot of individual attention to all of them particularly during July and August. Consequently new people will always move into extremely clean and tidy properties with working appliances.
