    The location of the property is very convenient for anybody studying at UKC as it is only a 15 minute walk from campus. The nearest bus stops lies just around the corner which makes it easy to get into town. The property also has a driveway and plenty of parking available on the road itself. Living in the property itself felt very homely and takes very little time to feel comfortable and settle in. The landlady ensures the house is kept to a very high standard and compared to other standard student accommodation this property feels superior. The house feels very modern and the facilities feel almost brand new. With 4 bathrooms only 2 tenants would have to share one which is a great perk of the house. The landlady herself is very friendly, organised and responds to any issues or queries quickly and treats her tenants as if they were family. I thoroughly enjoyed my year spent in this house and am sure anyone else who decided to live here will too.

    The house is down a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbour's and plenty or nearby bus links. Town is about a 40minute walk away, the university is about 20minutes and there is a one stop, post office and pharmacy only a 10minute walk away. The house is nice and homely with a maintenance man that does monthly fire alarm checks and keeps the garden tidy. Corina is a lovely lady who is really quick at helping whenever a problem arises. For example, our power went out at the weekend and within 10minutes she had an electrician on the phone to us. She is kind and friendly and, regardless of the house, I would recommend her to anyone

    Great location, just a 20 minute walk to the university and 30 minutes to town, down a nice cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours. The house is lovely and is constantly being modernised by Corina, our landlady. Corina herself is a really helpful landlady, if we ever need anything, be that nails put up in our walls or help with general stuff around the house, she is quick to respond and lovely about the whole thing. If you’re considering renting from Corina, regardless of the house, I would highly recommend it.

    I was lucky enough to rent Corina and Gaby's property in Canterbury for 2 consecutive years. They provide amazing service and their family style approach to looking after our needs was perfect. Miss you. Anon.
