Kitchen is well equipped with 2 fridges/ freezers , of which one is a large American style double door fridge-freezer, Bosh washing machine and dryer too. Separate living room acts as a cinema room with 50 inches TV, 2comfortable big leather sofas and a large comfy armchair, coffee tables. A very Large Garden with a new fitted amazing pergola where you can enjoy the beauty of outdoors no matter the weather!

Beaconsfield Road is in an ideal location for UKC students - really close to both the city centre and the university campus. It is a fantastic sociable and homely student house with a great garden and I have loved living here for the past two years! The house has great storage, social space and amenities. The property is also maintained to a very high standard. Corina has always been very friendly, accommodating and approachable - plus she is incredibly helpful and quick to assist with any issues.

I have loved my time on Beaconsfield Road, being the perfect location, with both the university and the city center only a short walk away. The house feels extremely homely with generously sized bedrooms and great social space. We have particularly enjoyed making use of the large garden! Corina has been a fair, supportive and attentive landlord going above and beyond with any queries we have encountered as our time as tenants.

Fantastic property with an equally brilliant landlady who genuinely cares about her tenants. Living in this property for two years was a pleasure. Whenever the house required maintenance, Corina was quick to respond and offer solutions. I cannot reccomend this property more to anybody looking for a luxury home as well as a caring landlady!

As a ex-tenant of 2 years at one of Corina's student properties, I have nothing but nice things to say. The house I stayed in was in pristine condition, in a prime location (equal distance from the town centre and University campus), and my bedroom was spacious (and fully furnished). No request was too much for Corina, and any issues we had were resolved the same day, by either our wonderful maintenance man, or Corina herself. I have many treasured memories of Corina visiting us, and taking the time to build relationships with us as tenants. I cannot stress how highly I recommend Corina's properties, I was gutted once I graduated and had to leave!
