Located in a lovely road between Kent University and the town centre, it’s almost by the footpath leading to Eliot College and so you can’t get much closer to campus. There is only a really short walking distance to University and it’s closer than Parkwood according to previous students. If you have a car, there is space on the drive for two of them and Salisbury Road does not have any parking restrictions. Parking is never a problem. The property is detached and so you won’t hear noises from the neighbours through the walls. This is almost certainly the best student house in Canterbury. Every bedroom has a double bed, TV sockets and hard-wired Internet sockets (wireless signal as well) for the fastest connection. There is a huge amount of space everywhere and the house is in excellent decorative condition. There are two bathrooms and both are fully tiled on the walls and floor.
