Right from the beginning Kathryn and Matthew have offered a professional, friendly and stress-free experience. Kathryn arranged to meet us to sign the contracts and answered any questions we had about the property. I asked if it would be possible to move in a little earlier and this was no problem at all. Any issues we have experienced whilst in the property, while very few and minor, have been dealt with immediately and with a "not a problem" attitude, something hard to find in the scary world of student renting! Kathryn and Matthew are available at the other end of the phone if we encounter any problems and if they aren't available they will send one of their local handymen round to ensure the issue is dealt with as soon as possible. If you're looking for a excellent standard house with friendly and professional landlords then I can't recommend SPS strongly enough. Wish I wasn't going on placement next year so I could stay with them for longer!
