Quality modern student accommodation in Preston. We work on a simple mindset that only if we ourselves would live in any of our properties, would we then consider to have it ready to rent. Fully approved and accredited by Unipol, Accommodation For Students, Preston City Council and HMO License Holders. We also won the prestigious Landlord of the year award from the uclan students union. We can cater for students looking for student houses in Preston or just a student room in Preston. We have a portfolio of student homes in Preston to cater for from 1 right up to 12 or even more. As we have houses on the same street or very close to one another. The landlord is amazing! Any problems, if any and they're sorting it out straight away. Nice modern house, with all rooms newly decorated to a high standard. Very happy with our house!! And would highly recommend Let Pads to all students!
An amazing landlord! The houses are decorated and furnished to a modern style with high quality appliances and fittings. From just seeing a few of the portfolio houses I realised how much pride the landlord puts in to his properties. If there is any problems/issues (barely a few beyond both of our controls) he will do his up most to sort it out as soon as possible, sometimes even within an hour. I will be going on to sign my 3rd housing contract because the last 2 years have been exceptional. I am not just saying this because he is our landlord but he literally is the BEST LANDLORD in Preston. I do not know a single other person in the university who has a house as modern and up-to-date as ours and pays affordable and fair prices. Very friendly landlord with direct contact if necessary and is always making sure everything is okay. I would definitely recommend this landlord to anyone, I would not miss out on the opportunity to rent a property from these!
Always down to earth, easy to get along with. And great communication from him, this was one of the reasons why we renewed with him. Was always available, gave me his mobile number so there was always direct dealings with him. Brilliant service, whenever there was a problem he would have it solved on that day or definitely by the following day. Even went as far as fixing next doors guttering because it had caused damages to our house. There were some repairs that were needed on on the shower where the sealant had worn away, there was one phone call made to our landlord and the problem was solved the next day and a new shower wall was installed. Our house needed a new fridge because there was a lack of room and when our new contract started we had a brand new fridge which suited our needs perfectly.
When you move into a rental property you will be required to pay a refundable security deposit.
The deposit is designed to provide the accommodation provider with a financial commitment that you're going to uphold the terms of your tenancy agreement. Keep in mind that throughout your tenancy, the deposit remains your property and is just being securely held by your accommodation provider.
Provided your tenancy runs smoothly and you leave the property in the condition you found it, you will receive your deposit back in full when you move out. However, the accommodation provider is entitled to make deposit deductions for missing items, damage or breaches to the terms set out in the tenancy agreement.
