MSV is located in the heart of Manchester, just a 5 minute walk from the busy city centre. With
Manchester Metropolitan University, the University of Manchester, and Manchester Screen and Film
School being a short walk away, along with BIMM right on our doorstep, we are in the best location
possible for university life!
There’s a variety of room types set within 3-7 bed shared flats, including en-suite rooms if you want
your own private shower/toilet! We also offer self-contained studios for those of you who prefer to have your own space.
The site houses over 900 students making it one of the largest halls in Manchester, so there’s no
doubt we’ll be able to find just that right room for you. To help you relax after a long day studying, take advantage of our free gym, games area with PS4, pool and table tennis, and outdoor space for you to bask in the glorious Mancunian weather.
The site is manned by the in house Accommodation Team who are on hand Monday to Friday, as
well as the security guards available during out of hours, to offer you support and advice. The
property also offers CCTV, secure fob card entry access, and a 24/7 Reception giving you that extra
peace of mind when staying with us.

I enjoyed my stay with dwell this semester. The whole team was very professional and helpful. It was one of the student accommodations that was very flexible with extending contract after a short term stay.

How the booking process works
Start your booking
Simply click the "Book now" button and choose your preferred length of stay from the available options.
Provide tenant details
Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.
Just a heads up, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.
Refundable booking payment
To process your booking, simply enter your card details to pay the £45 .
Complete your booking
After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Dwell Student Living.
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Dwell Student Living, where you’ll be able to pay the holding deposit to reserve your room.
Don’t miss out! To reserve your room, you’ll need to pay the £200 holding deposit directly to Dwell Student Living.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
