Not only is it situated a short distance away from the main campuses (you can reach campus in a 5-10 minute bus ride), but it’s also close by to the famous Curry Mile, ready for you to take advantage of when you want to take time out from studying!
All room types are en-suite and are set in either 3, 4 or 7 bedroom flats. We offer a variety of room types so you can select a room that best suits you, ranging from single to double rooms.
The site is manned by the in house Accommodation Team who are on hand Monday to Friday to offer you support and advice. It gives you that extra peace of mind when staying with us, knowing there’s someone available to speak to.

How the booking process works
Start your booking
Simply click the "Book now" button and choose your preferred length of stay from the available options.
Provide tenant details
Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.
Just a heads up, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.
Refundable booking payment
To process your booking, simply enter your card details to pay the £45 .
Complete your booking
After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Dwell Student Living.
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Dwell Student Living, where you’ll be able to pay the holding deposit to reserve your room.
Don’t miss out! To reserve your room, you’ll need to pay the £200 holding deposit directly to Dwell Student Living.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
