Resident at The Grafton
Stayed here for 2 years now. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. My room has plenty of space and is very stylish. Lots of storage space for whatever you have. In such a good location. So many shops and more within a 1 minute walk of the accommodation.

Provide tenant details
Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.
Just a heads up, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.
Refundable booking payment
To process your booking, simply enter your card details to pay the £45 .
Complete your booking
After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Dwell Student Living.
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Dwell Student Living, where you’ll be able to pay the holding deposit to reserve your room.
Don’t miss out! To reserve your room, you’ll need to pay the £200 holding deposit directly to Dwell Student Living.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
