You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Student Castle, where you’ll be able to pay the advanced rent payment to reserve your room.
Don’t miss out! To reserve your room, you’ll need to pay the £250 advanced rent payment directly to Student Castle.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
