How the booking process works

  4. Complete your booking

    After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Student Castle.

    You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Student Castle, where you'll be able to complete your booking.

Cancellation & refunds

You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.

In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
