Appleton Point is Bradford’s newest student property, located just a short walk away from the University and the city centre.

With contemporary single and double studios available, and each studio coming as standard with a 20mb fibre optic broadband connection and WiFi throughout, Appleton Point is the perfect place for Bradford students to hang their hats.



Appleton Point has 160 luxury studios, many of which offer amazing ‘Skyline’ views. The site is equipped with amenities such as a private gym, cinema room, pool table and IT suite ensuring it really has raised the bar at the high end of the Bradford student accommodation market.


What will I get in my room?

A comfy studio with a queen or double sized bed for you to stretch out in, a bed side unit to keep all your prized possessions, under-bed storage, shelves, a notice board, wardrobe with a fitted mirror and a large desk for you to study at! Not forgetting the ensuite with a shower, wash basin, toilet and mirror, and the kitchenette, which features a 2 ring hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Also included as standard is a 20mb fibre optic broadband connection with WiFi throughout.

On site we have a mix of single and double studios. So if you want a studio all to yourself or to share one with your significant other, we have one that will suit you.
