Friargate Court is the smartest, most luxurious student accommodation in Lancashire. We have taken inspiration from boutique hotels to create inspiring living spaces that will excite the student and satisfy their parents. The 244-room purpose-built residence is set in landscaped grounds on Friargate in the heart of the University Quarter and minutes’ walk from all of the University of Central Lancashire’s faculty buildings. Preston city centre is also within easy walking distance with all the shops, restaurants, pubs and bars, cultural and sporting activities on your doorstep. We have reserved some apartments and studios for post graduates, key workers and apprentices to accommodate the needs of a broad mix of residents at the various stages of their academic, training and working lives. Each well-appointed apartment or studio includes a fully furnished living space and fitted kitchen complete with appliances, utensils and crockery. Bedrooms are also fully furnished and include bedding and towels. Everything you need to start out in student life is provided. The designer shower rooms have all the en suite luxuries you would expect from a boutique hotel.
