How the booking process works
Choose a room
Once you've picked your preferred room, booking your stay is a breeze. Simply select the length of stay from the dropdown menu and click on the "Book now" button.
Choose your room location
You can choose the location of your room in the building using our interactive floor plan.
Fill in tenant details
Next, provide a few of your details and university information.
Complete your booking
After holding your room, you'll receive an email from iQ Student Accommodation. This email will guide you through setting up your account and completing the final steps of your booking. During this process, you can choose your rent payment plan, add guarantor details, pay the booking fee, and sign your tenancy agreement.
Don’t miss out! Your room will be held for 12 hours, during which time you will need to log into your iQ account and pay the £25 booking fee. It's like your first rent payment, credited towards your initial instalment.
Once you’ve paid the booking fee, you’ll have 7 days to complete your tenancy agreement. Your booking will be confirmed once the tenancy agreement is signed.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
