Each secure room has a double bed, desk and storage as well as an ensuite shower room. The refurbished kitchens are shared with your flatmates and you will have plenty of cupboard space and fridge/freezer storage to keep your food fresh. An oven and a microwave will suit different types of chefs. All bills are included so you can budget easily plus we have staff on site 24/7 whether you have a maintenance request, get locked out or just need someone to talk to. Our events programme caters for a range of interests with parties, crafts and celebrations to look forward to in 23/24. We have the perfect study spot with a large courtyard inside and garden furniture for you to soak up the sun whilst hitting the books. We also have a grass space ideal for outdoor sports. And the best part? We're only a short walk away or a 6 minute drive from Oxford Brookes University so you can get to your class in no time! You can also enjoy our new social spaces with a games room and study room. Advance rent has replaced deposits for all of our bookings. Advance rent is an upfront payment. It is a payment of a set amount (usually a small percentage of your total rent - up to 2%) deducted from your first rent instalment and is required at the point of booking.
