Overall, the website has been very user-friendly with quick access and helpful information. I managed to find the housing I needed for my 2nd year. However, there were some cases in which the details, such as the contract length, were not mentioned and therefore I had to email the agency myself, which takes some time. Moreover, some housing options that were provided by the same agency was repeated throughout.

I wanted to inquire about the payment plans and I sent them an email and replies within a very short time with all the information needed the customer service agent Amelia was very helpful.
