At LS6 Rentals, we are available during normal office hours over the telephone and try to respond to emails the same day - where possible. For out of hours; we respond to messages left on the voicemail as soon as possible for emergencies and the next working day for non emergencies. We respond to all repairs as soon as possible, generally the same day if urgent, and within the week for none urgent repairs. Having gone through the student and letting process ourselves we have experience from the tenant's perspective and offer help & support when required. We do not charge signing fees and the tenancy deposits are secured with TDS scheme through Unipol.
