Location was really good for me personally as it was super easy getting to and from the uni. Living in the property was really good as I had a good amount and space and it was easy to settle in. Also the landlord was really helpful and always quick with responding. For example half way through the academic year, my wardrobe broke and then my landlord came back to me with a new wardrobe within a week which I really appreciated.

Great location in St John’s between campuses, 5 minutes to St John’s campus and 10 minutes to city campus walking. Close to multiple shops and super markets. Good size rooms with all needed amenities included. Comfortable living room backing into the garden. Rolly (the landlord) is incredibly helpful and responsive. Quick to solve any issues without any fuss.

8 Rectory Gardens is a great house, big rooms, very clean and well kept with a nice garden. It's easy to get to both the St. Johns Campus & City Centre and hidden bicycle storage. The Landlord is very approachable but we had no maintenance issues all year anyway.
