The independent landlady of this beautiful Victorian house on Ash Grove is creating a group of friendly folks in the 20-30 age group who are either finishing their degrees, studying at postgraduate level or just starting work, and who can live considerately with each other. (All bills are included, so there’d be no hassle on that front.)
The landlady is currently holding pre-viewing social meet-ups around the corner in the bar at Hyde Park Picture House - literally a minute’s walk from the house. This will give you the opportunity to meet and chat to prospective house mates to see if you gel, as well as to ask the landlady questions before viewing the house.
Number 46 is full of character, with humongous bedrooms and lovely Victorian features. And, of course, there's the added bonus of being a highly convenient hop, skip and jump from the legendary Hyde Park Picture House, The Hyde Park Book Club and the Brudenell Social Club.
It's also a 5-minute walk to the University of Leeds main campus and is super-handy for the shops, café bars and late-night supermarkets.
