    9 Graham Road was the best house I could have spent my uni years at. The house it’s self was so nice and we were able to make it seem like home pretty fast. The space in communal areas and in bedrooms was great and easy to add our own personality in as well. There’s space to move around and be comfortable, even when the lounge is full of Christmas decorations. There’s plenty of space on the drive for two cars and the neighbours are really nice as well. The garden out the back gets amazing sunlight and we had lots of dinners and drinks out there too. I can’t praise the landlords enough - if we ever had an issue they would be there to fix it immediately and always stayed in touch about repairs/visits etc. The distance from the house to uni isn’t far at all and is an easy walk to city centre also. There’s plenty of shops nearby as well as pubs and takeaways. Definitely would recommend staying in 9 Graham Road and renting off the landlords :)

    Great house, with good access to both the University and City Centre, and shops. All you need in University life. Landlord was very helpful in providing good accommodation and sorting any problems. Couldn't get a better landlord, and I would 100% recommend this house.
