    I had a wonderful experience living here! The location was perfect, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood close to a Co-op, Lidl, Tesco Extra, the University bus stop, and Fratton train station. The Uni bus came frequently, and it was less than a 10-minute walk from the house. The house itself was charming, with two convenient bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. The landlord was incredibly helpful and always very friendly !! :-)

    my time at this property was wonderful. it was a quick commute to the university and town center (10 mins bus/30min walk) and was very well located, there were big food stores like tesco and lidl only 5 mins down the road, meaning convenience was never an issue. Our landlord was lovely to interact with, whenever we had a problem, he was very quick to tackle the issue and responded with kindness and understanding, this made communication easier and the whole interaction run smooth from start to end. Overall, a really great experience with Lee, would definitely recommend :)))

    Nice location near a bus stop, Lidl and co-op. Landlord was open to any questions and very helpful (also fixed the boiler himself quickly). Overall a great uni house!

    During my time at this shared household, I had a fantastic experience. The location was incredibly convenient, situated close to Lidl and Tesco, and just a short distance away from the bus station. This made commuting to and from the university a breeze, as the bus ride took a mere 9 minutes to reach the campus facilities. Living in the property was a joy, as the house was cozy and well-equipped, providing a comfortable space for me and my friends. The communal areas like the living room and kitchen were well-designed, allowing us to easily socialize while taking care of daily chores. One standout aspect was the landlord, Lee, who proved to be remarkably helpful and responsive. Whenever we encountered any requests or issues, Lee promptly addressed our concerns. For instance, when the washing machine malfunctioned, he had a better replacement installed within just 4 days. My overall experience at this property was nothing but positive, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to others seeking a convenient, accommodating, and enjoyable living situation.
