The location is good, close to the shopping centre, VERY close to the train and bus station, to get to town it’s only a 10-15 minute walk (depending how fast you walk) — close to Richmond area which is good if you’re a law/business student Landlords were helpful and easy to communicate with if there were any issues which needed to be resolved
