We are looking for two friends to share this lovely 4 bed house with two female students studying at the Uni of Kent. This popular house is located within a short walk of the University of Kent, with a bus stop opposite, as well as a convenience store just 2 minutes walk away. For those with a car, there is free on-street parking opposite. The house is bright and modern, with big windows that let in lots of light and sunshine. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and plenty of storage. The lounge/diner is a light and spacious room for socialising, with a large TV screen for watching films or gaming, comfy sofas and a dining table. There is an upstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath. The house is economical to run: it is warm and cosy, fully insulated with large double glazed windows and gas central heating. In addition there is plenty of outdoor space with a rear lawned, terraced garden, (maintained by the landlord), a sunny patio and a locked shed for bikes. 2 double rooms available for the 2026/2027 academic year from 1st July.
