We have five houses for rent to students in Canterbury. All are situated very close to the University of Kent. All of our houses meet the safety requirements set by Canterbury City Council. We are a family run business and have been renting out houses in the Canterbury area for over twenty years. All houses are fully equipped and finished to a very high standard. All gardens are maintained by us at no extra cost to the tenant. We use an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement on a twelve-month contract from 1st July to 30th June.
