TV has Amazon, Disney+ & Netflix. We've added a small kitchen area in the room so you can cook in there with the microwave, air fryer, toaster & kettle or in the kitchen. All bills included - water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, TV licence. Use of other rooms Use of main bathroom with bath, shower & toilet. Use of cloak room toilet. Use of large kitchen with designated cupboard, fridge & freezer space. Also use of washing machine & tumble dryer. Outside space Use of the gorgeous garden including the bar & pool. Parking for 1 car on private driveway. About us We are a busy family of 5 with a cute Chihuahua. We also have adult children, who when not working away, are at home. Periodically we host foreign students on short stays in England. About you We are looking for someone who will respect that this is our family home, keep communal areas clean & tidy, & have no overnight visitors.
