I’ve loved living at 30 Scarborough Terrace. The location is great for getting in and out of town and it’s super convenient to YSJ Uni. The property itself was great with very little issues. When there were issues, outside both our and the landlord’s hands, our landlord was fantastic at communicating and helping to fix the issue as soon as possible - usually within a couple days! We spent two years in this accommodation and it was the best two years of my university experience, largely due to living here!

The location is super convenient it’s only a 15 ish min walk to town and like a ten minute walk to York St John. I loved living at this property I felt like it was really my home I got to personalise it the way I wanted and really make myself at home and I truly didn’t want to leave . The landlord couldn’t have been more of a dream , they were so kind and productive . When we had any issues ( which was rare ) but when we did like door handles etc they were so productive and eager to help and sort issues out for us as quick as they could . They gave timely warnings if needing to come by the house or for showings which we all really appreciated. Overall I wish for all my experiences with housing and landlords in the future is like this one because it was so easy and comfortable. They also gave us the Option to stay in our house for third year before they listed the property again , which we really appreciated and thought was considerate of them as we didn’t want to leave and the fact we got to stay another year was a dream becuase that house was our home and we didn’t want to leave . Overall , amazing gorgeous house , everytime family or friends came over they couldn’t believe we as students were living there and of course the landlords were lovely and amazing people to have to lean on if you need help .

This property is absolutely stunning, kept in beautiful shape and really convenient for YSJ students! Caroline is a fantastic landlord, always willing to help with the smallest of issues and repairs were always super speedy! Friendly neighbours and a really quiet area too. Could not recommend more!
