    The house is located just around the corner from the Canterbury Christ Church campus. Additionally, it is located even closer to the CCCU sports hall and is in walking distance to the Students Union and the town centre. Overall, a perfect location for CCCU students like myself. The immediate area surrounding the house can be quite busy, however it is not noisy or disruptive when you are inside. We have not had any issues with the house so far and it includes high quality furniture. The landlady exceeds expectations – she is organised, extremely efficient and also lovely as an individual. Her team who regularly visit the house for help and maintenance are just as brilliant! We could not have asked for anyone better. If I were to remain living in Canterbury, I would most definitely continue to stay in this house.

    This house has been perfect. It is located 5 minutes from the university and round the corner from the University gym. It is also close walking distance from town, making the house the perfect location. The property was well cleaned on arrival and exceeded expectations. All the rooms are also a really good size. We haven't had any major issues with the house. When a small issue occured, Gary sorted it within the hour. Corina has been absolutely fantastic as a landlady, she is always in communication with her tenants, any issues you may have will be sorted straight away. Gary, the handyman is also incredible and attends regularly to check on the house - including fire alarms monthly. I couldn't recommend this house and it's landlady enough!

    I was lucky enough to rent Corina and Gaby's property in Canterbury for 2 consecutive years. They provide amazing service and their family style approach to looking after our needs was perfect. Miss you. Anon.
