Canterbury Student Homes is run by Richard and Yvonne Ebbrell. Being a graduate of Kent University, I know from past experience that not all student housing in Canterbury is of the quality to be expected. Many landlords are simply not concerned about the standard of their accommodation, whilst others have too many properties to easily manage and provide a personal service. Because we only have three houses to look after, this enables us to pay a lot of individual attention to all of them particularly during July and August. Consequently new people will always move into extremely clean and tidy properties with working appliances.
