Resident at Fusion Brent Cross TownI’ve been living here for 10 days now and so far it’s been a really great experience. The facilities are very new, and the room is very comfortable. What impresses me most is the staff team, everyone is kind and helpful. I had a few issues with the room facilities, and the staff responded quickly and solved everything perfectly. In particular, Ariel and Candy have been very friendly and supportive to me as an international student. They listened patiently to my concerns and even followed up to check that everything was resolved. Overall, I’m very happy living here at Fusion Brent Cross.

The staff is incredible, all incredibly helpful, kind, accommodating and willing to make your stay as good as it can be (no matter how much time or effort they have to put in). Moreover, the facilities are stunning, you truly feel like you are living in a resort, with state of the art well equipped gyms, beautiful and quiet working spaces, even free books you can look at. Finally, the rooms are clean, well organized and welcoming. The social spaces as well make you feel welcome. Overall an incredible place for the price it asks. Would recommend.

Provide tenant details
Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.
Just a heads up, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.
Refundable booking payment
To process your booking, simply enter your card details to pay the £45 .
Complete your booking
After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Fusion Students.
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Fusion Students, where you’ll be able to pay the advanced rent payment to reserve your room.
Don’t miss out! To reserve your room, you’ll need to pay the £250 advanced rent payment directly to Fusion Students.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
