How the booking process works

    Simply click the "Book now" button and choose your preferred length of stay from the available options.

  2. Provide tenant details

    Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.

    Just a heads up, you’ll need a guarantor. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.

  3. Complete your booking

    After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Fresh.

    You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Fresh, where you’ll be able to pay the advanced rent payment to reserve your room.

Don’t miss out! To reserve your room, you’ll need to pay the £150 advanced rent payment directly to Fresh.

Cancellation & refunds

You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.

In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
