Each en suite room comes with a comfy small double bed, en suite shower, loads of storage, plenty of workspace and a shared kitchen and living space with a TV to enjoy with your flatmates. Our studios include all of the same great features but also offer TVs and your own mini-kitchen. Plus, we don’t charge extra for couples wanting to share!
When you want to socialise, we have some amazing spaces for you to enjoy including a roof terrace, games room and an on-site cinema! Our social area also includes a multimedia lounge. We’ve got dedicated areas when you need to study and an on-site gym!

How the booking process works
Choose a room
Once you've picked your preferred room type, choose your length of stay and click “Book now”.
Provide tenant, emergency contact and guarantor details
Enter your tenant details, an emergency contact and your guarantor details. If you don't have a guarantor, don't worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.
Complete your booking
After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Fresh.
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Fresh, where you'll be able to complete your booking.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
