How the booking process works
Choose a room
Once you've picked your preferred room type, choose your length of stay and click “Book now”.
Provide tenant details
Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.
Just a heads up, if you choose to pay in instalments, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.
Pay holding deposit
To secure your room, simply enter your card details to pay the £150 holding deposit.
Complete your booking
After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details and deposit to Vivo Living, who will process your booking and send a tenancy agreement to sign. Once signed, your booking is complete, and you’re all set to stay there.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
