Friendly neighbourhood, no problems whatsoever. The walk was only 25mins to and from university so was simple and easy. Living in this house was amazing: bedroom was big, living room was nice and I wish I could have stayed another year. Nigel was very helpful, even when our friend was locked in the bathroom we called him and he helped during the phone call. Overall great time living would give it a 10 out of 10. Thank you all.

great location 2 minute walk away from bus stop straight to city centre, brisk walk away from both cathedrals really friendly neighbours with roadside parking! living here was very homely and comfortable would stay again given the opportunity. Our landlord was beyond helpful and friendly at any given opportunity never had any issues with communication or swiftness 10/10 would recommend

22 Claribel Street is situated in Toxteth, and only a 25-30 minute walk into the centre of town, and so it was an easy journey to university every day. There is a Tesco and Lidl 15 minute walk away from the house and a bunch of other shops too, as well as a short walk to princes park and Sefton park. It is located right off of princes road which is a direct route into town with plenty of buses going to and from. The house itself is a nice size with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I have very much enjoyed living here for the last year and if we have ever had any issues, it has been sorted as soon as possible. Nigel the Landlord is very helpful, and clearly takes care of his properties tenants and is an all round lovely guy. He has been very clear about anything we’ve needed to know during our tenancy and informs us of any changes to anything.

Location was convenient for me and my house mates. Easy travel buses local, walk is nice. Property was nice enough space for the amount of rooms. Landlord was very helpful. If we had issues landlord would come as soon as he could and would fix the problem. If not he would always be available to call and talk us through what to do.
