Our accommodation in Liverpool is always fully occupied due to our high standard of service and the quality of the accommodation we provide. Most of our properties have obtained the Gold Standard Award from Liverpool Student Homes and we are CLASS (Citywide Landlord Accreditation Safety Scheme) certified by Liverpool City Council. We are proud to say that we have won the ‘Best Landlord’ award in the ‘Rate Your Landlord’ awards (voted for by students). The accommodation we provide in Liverpool is houses which vary in size from three to six bedrooms. Modern, All rents are fully inclusive of electricity, gas, water and WIFI. All of our properties have excellent links to public transport, particularly useful for tenants on placements. Our office is open Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), and our welcoming, experienced and knowledgeable office staff are here to help you choose your accommodation and assist you during your tenancy. We also have our own highly qualified maintenance team who give an excellent rapid response, usually same day, to all repairs. We also provide a 24 hour call-out service, which means that any of our tenants can contact us at any time.
