Our house is a HMO, and is a well maintained, mid-terrace Victorian property, near the Universities, and the city centre. It is centrally heated, with 4 large bedrooms, all with double beds, fully furnished with wardrobes, desks, chairs, bedside tables, bookshelves, TV and Internet points. The kitchen/lounge contains a sofa, kitchen table and stools, fitted units, fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, plus basic kitchen equipment, cutlery, crockery etc. There is one full bathroom, and a second downstairs WC and basin, and a vented tumble drier in the understairs cupboard. The landlord pays for a British Gas Homesafe contract for any repairs to appliances, water, gas & electricity. Gas, water and electricity are included in the rent.
