    Paul is a brilliant landlord! so attentive and always happy to come round to sort things out with the house! The house itself is so nice, has everything you could possibly need and is in the perfect location! Would definitely recommend!!

    I have lived here for 2 years and loved it. I wouldn’t be leaving if it wasn’t for graduating. The property is in walking distance from uni, Morrisons, aldi and loads of bars and restaurants. The neighbours are super friendly and helpful and I have felt very safe living here. I have also never had a problem parking. The house itself is lovely! All the rooms are equally nice with plenty of storage, there is a massive garden that Paul keeps freshly cut and a shared kitchen and lounge with everything you need. Most of all, Paul the landlord has been great! Any problems he has fixed ASAP and he is always quick to respond. He is also really friendly and helpful. Would highly reccomended!

    The location for this property is ideal, within walking distance from Aldi and Morrisons. It's also easy to walk to and from the university and the medical school. Also five minute walk from the bus to town and uni and ten minute walk from selly station. A bit out of the main hustle of selly so a lot quieter which is ideal. The property is beautiful with a lovely garden. The living room area is spacious and all the windows and french doors let in so much natural light during the day. The bedrooms are all big as welll. Paul, the landlord, is so accomodating and helpful. Easy to contact, very friendly and always fixes any issues promptly.
