Location: 19 Hartville Rd, London (SE18 1DQ) I moved house a lot because of work (I had to stay during Summer breaks, when my friends went back to their country.) And experience of living at this house for almost a year was my best experience. The landlord and all neighbors are very kind with a warm heart, and they always try to be supportive. The room is so huge compared to lent fee, so there is indeed no common space, but each room is enough to dine together with a flatmate or to invite someone for dinner. Also, there are various groceries nearby, from cheap local shops to Tesco. Personal life was quite essential for both me and my friend, so huge rooms rather than a common space were perfect for us. Bus stop is only less than 3mins and train station is 5mins by walk, so very easy to travel. The price is a bit higher due to it is zone 4 when you go to central. But if you have a similar personality to mine and your uni is close to this location, don't hesitate. This house is perfect.
