The property is located in a residential area, close to the mainline station into central London. It is a 10-15 minute (safe) walk to Elmstead Woods station. It is 25 minutes on the fast, overland train to Waterloo or Charing Cross for the Waterloo or Strand campuses. It is great for any students at a London university with its excellent train links.Ā It is also perfect for Greenwich.
The house itself has 3 bedrooms, (2 doubles and a single), a living / dining room, kitchen, bathroom and rear and front gardens.
The room has a new double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers and lots of built in wardrobe space. For reference, in the photos, it is the bedroom with the white furniture and double bed with whiteĀ duvet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.Ā
The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer and washing machine plus all the usual kitchen equipment - kettle, microwave, toaster etc.
The large living and dining area has a dining table, chairs, sofa, cupboard for all to use and a large screen TV. Wifi and TV licence are included in the rent.
From the kitchen you can access the private back garden for outdoor study or outside dining. It is quite a sun-trap, with rotary washing line plus a garage with storage space for a bike. The house has all safety and security features, including smoke alarms, double locks and security gates.
There is a pleasant lawn at the front plus a driveway. The house is a comfortable and homely environment to study in. It offers the best of both worlds - only 40min from central London but yet within walking distance of local woodland and the vibrant town of Chislehurst.

111 Ravensworth Road is a really great place to live! The train station is close and gets you into Central in 25 minutes so super easy to access uni, and the trains run late. The train routes stop at multiple major stations so I've found lots of different campuses are easy to access. The house is lovely and comfortable and the landlady is super nice. She cares for the property and will always sort out any problems for us. There is a shared space with living and dining area, a private garden and a decent bathroom. Also garage storage space for things like bikes. The rooms are newly decorated and everything is clean. There are shops within walking distance and although it seems some distance out of London, this doesnāt matter as the train is so fast, especially peak trains. It is a lovely place to live, I really like being able to walk to the woods from here, something i couldn't do in my first year at uni living in the centre. I really recommend it to any female student whether undergrad or post grad
