Because of this we take pride in maintaining our portfolio to keep our properties at the forefront of the market and are constantly refurbishing and upgrading the facilities on offer in our properties. For your safety and security all our properties have security alarm systems or CCTV and coded intercom access systems. To give our tenants added peace of mind the vast majority of our properties are registered with the University of Sheffield or Sheffield Hallam University, MAF are also members of Sheffield City Council's Responsible Landlords Scheme and your deposits are fully protected by a government regulated tenancy deposit scheme. All MAF Properties come equipped with a House Manual that contains instructions for all the appliances, a range of safety information and lots of other useful information to help your tenancy go smoothly. If you do have any problems once you are settled in your MAF Property we have a dedicated maintenance team who will endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible and are available 24 hours for emergencies.
