Great house and super close to NTU and the city centre. Billy and Paul were always super kind and helpful and great with making sure everything was okay in the house

Thank you very much for being such a caring and responsive landlord to the girls at 63 Wellington St this year. As parents we really appreciate what you and your staff do to keep your tenants happy and your properties well maintained. Much more than most student landlords.

For my final year of university this property was perfect. The house felt like a home, was located super central to the city centre and NTU city campus so I could always get home quickly after a packed day of uni. The property felt modern, well kept and homely and any problems were responded to by Paul in a timely manner. The landlord was super friendly and kind to us.

The location of this house was perfect, only a short walk away from NTU and minutes away from Victoria Centre. Paul has been the best landlord, he has provided amazing communication at all times and has really gone above and beyond to make us as tenants feel valued, he is definitely not like the rest of student landlord, he really cares. The property itself was great and fit for purpose we have never had any major issues at all. We honestly wish we could stay for another year but are graduating!

Really close to the Intu Victoria Centre and bus stops. A good walk 10min walk to NTU City Campus. Glad the house was cleaned every month by a professional. Maintenance issues were sorted out quite quickly. The landlord is kind and generous and definitely makes the house a homey feel to it.

The location was great only a 5min walk from the centre and around that to walk to the university. The property was clean and the facilities were great. Paul was a great landlord, not only did he respond almost immediately if we had a problem, he also went above and beyond by giving us chocolates and drinks around Christmas as well as Easter eggs.

Paul was a great landlord throughout the entire tenancy. He was so helpful and always ensured our stay was comfortable. On the rare occasions that there were any maintenance issues, Paul was only a phone call away and dealt with the problem immediately. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better landlord!

Living at 49 Wellington was great. Whilst covid dampened the uni experience, when I had lectures or seminars it was only a five minute or so walk for me to get there and back. It was a really nice house with plenty of room to relax with mates or in your own room. Paul was a great landlord. Regardless of how big or small an issue was (of which there were only a few problems such as when the oven element stopped working), he would get someone round to sort it - sometimes even within an hour or so of raising it! I'd highly recommend Paul as a landlord and wish him the best for the future.

Paul was a really helpful landlord who ran his property in a professional, coherent manner throughout my time with him as my landlord. He gave us gifts at Easter, and ensure our gym membership costs were refunded due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Over my time at university I have heard plenty of landlord horror stories but at no point did I ever believe Paul to be acting in his own interest; it was always to the benefit of us, the tenant.

Paul was a great landlord, who listened to our needs if we needed help with something and was quick to fix anything that needed doing. The house was lovely and homely. I couldn't recommend Rowland Student Properties more!

Since moving in day Paul was very genuine and welcoming. Was very understanding yet straight to the point if the house was untidy or needed attention, he never hid anything from us in terms of being unhappy about our stay. There were 2 circumstances where other landlords may have charged us extra. The mirror in our front room fell down in the middle of the night and upon inspection it turned out the fittings were loose. It would've been very easy for Paul to blame us directly and charge us through our damage deposit. But again, Paul was very understanding and treated us as tenants instead of students. A very professional outlook and I could not recommend him more!

The house is very clean, spacious and well furnished. Paul is a great landlord who was always at the end of a phone call or a text if needed. Whenever anything needed fixing/ replacing, it was sorted withing days and sometimes hours! I highly recommend this student house.

Fantastic landlord! Helps in an instant when anything is wrong with the house, for example there was a problem with the dishwasher and he got it sorted the same day! House was clean with modern good quality decor. Would highly recommend and would be definately go with him again in the near future. 10/10 for me!

We found this house to be very good value for money, it was well protected and we had no problem with crime. Paul was very attentive and helpful so we cannot fault him or his service in any way. I Would definitely recommend one of his houses to everyone as they are a lot better than most other student houses in the area, and he is definitely one of the best landlords.

We've lived in the same property for two years now as we've found Paul to be so reliable. A great house and a very personable landlord. Paul's always been easy to contact and has resolved any issues we've had quickly and efficiently. We were his first tenants in his first house and we got along really well with Paul! Paul really looked after us and went above and beyond with everything! He provided us with a free cleaner who came about every six weeks, we had flat screen TV's in every bedroom and loads of other luxurys! He took all his tenants out for a drink and a meal (free of charge) last year where we got to mingle and make new friends with his other tenants. We have rang him at all hours of the day and night for lost keys, setting the alarm off and not knowing how to stop it etc. And he has done everything he can to help and is always genuinally concerned and wanting to help. If anything is broke he has a great team of handymen that fix it straight away! He charges good prices and doesn't rip you off with anything! He really is a great landlord! :D.
