    The location of the house is really good, with Woolwich Dockyard station close by that has good train connections. It is also close to food shops and Woolwich centre. I went to Greenwich University and it was easy to get to and from my lectures. The house is really lovely and very clean when we arrived. Really nice and helpful landlords who would always respond quickly and helped us with anything we needed. The house is great value for money and perfect for students. Thank you for an enjoyable year in this house!

    Right next door to a train station, with a few small shops nearby- so perfect location. The house is nice and comfortable to live in. No issues with the house itself. Decent sized kitchen and living room, and beds were comfortable. The landlord was helpful and responds to messages when needed. Very understanding about when the rent was due if the student loans were delayed for whatever reason.

    David was an extremely helpful and reliable landlord thought my tenancy. Whenever we had a problem it was sorted within 24hrs or as soon as possible. We was provided with everything we needed and enjoyed our own privacy. If David did need to pop over, he always messaged ahead to ensure it was okay. David is a great all round landlord and great for anyone looking to rent.

    I lived at the property from Sept 2012 to July 2013. Mr Davis was an excellent landlord who always quickly replied our queries. The property is less than 1 minute from the local train station and bus stations and gives excellent access to central London and is ideal for Greenwich students.
