Portchester House includes a social space, the Sky Lounge, found on the 20th floor offering a 360-degree view of the London skyline. Within the Sky Lounge you are welcome to use the cinema room, games room and the study space, or just relax on the sofa and enjoy the view. It makes it an ideal space to socialise, network, study and have fun with peers and other residents.

Tenancy information
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments:
• Deposits are taken for student lets (a maximum deposit of 5 weeks' rent for annual rent below £50,000, or 6 weeks' rent for annual rental of £50,000 and above)
• TV licence fee
• Interest payments for the late payment of rent (up to 3% above Bank of England's annual percentage rate);
• Reasonable costs for replacement of lost keys or other security devices;
• Contractual damages in the event of the tenant's default of a tenancy agreement
• A holding deposit of £250
