Mani has been an amazing landlord, he has great communication with us as tenants even before the contract started. The house is nice, clean when we arrived, any issues we had Mani has come to fix them within the same day or a few days. Setting up a ring door bell for our safety is something we highly appreciate. Fire alarm testing is always consistent, and always lets us know before when he will be coming over to check things. Great communication for viewings. Would have loved to stay here again if I could.
I have nothing but positives to express about my experience with Mani as a landlord and the property as a whole. The property is lovely, I think it’s in a great location and I can’t fault it. If there is ever a problem or any sort of issue with the property Mani is very quick to respond and resolve this. Mani is very easy to reach out to and get a hold of, which isn’t common in my experience with previous landlords. Mani is always happy to help and he is a very friendly and welcoming landlord. I think we struck gold with Mani as our landlord and if I could I would be happy to stay in alfreton road another year!
We were late finding a place but found a room at this accomodationWe were worried and we were not expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised. We found the house lovely. The room was more than adequate.Comfortable bed, plenty of study space Was happy to see a sink in the room. There was so much storage space i was impressed It was also reasonably priced There is a good communal area and kitchen totally acceptable for students But also my son suffers from anxiety and i was able to speak to the landlord about this and he was very supportive. He genguinely cares about his tenants. We are very happy with the accomodation and the landlord
My experience of Mani as a Landlord has been a positive one. Whenever a problem arises, I am able to take it to him and he always sorts it out quickly. I have always had access to him through text messages and emails. He has been friendly and very accommodating. I have always felt comfortable approaching him for help in relation to my accommodation. The accommodation has been kept in good condition for the full duration of my time here.

Hi I’m Georgia and I lived on Alfreton Road for a year with Mani as my landlord. The flat itself is spacious and clean, with the perfect living room and outdoor area for having friends round. I loved the high ceilings and big windows in my room in particular. As a landlord, Mani is so friendly and welcoming. He is also reliable - taking our bins out every week and coming round as soon as possible when there was a problem. He also never failed to message us the day before if he needed to come round for a viewing etc. which allowed us time to prepare. Overall, loved my year in this house and grateful to Mani for helping it to run so smoothly.
I have lived here for the past two years and have not experienced anything negative to mention. Mani has been quick to reply to any issues regarding the house. He has discreetly checked alarms on a weekly basis, and taken the bins out for us. The heating, electricity, internet, water, safety and general location has been spot on for a student accommodation. We locked ourselves out once, and mani drove here to open the door for us - unheard of to most student tenants. He was also kind enough to give a reduction on rent when the pandemic hit and none of us were living here. The garden is cool in summer, and sound doesn’t travel far. (No noise complaints so far) Thank you mani, this house will forever be a positive memory. I have felt at home since the start and I hope the next tenants think the same after their stay.
I have been a tenant of Mani's for nearly three years and in that time Mani has shown himself to be an exceptional landlord. He is great to communicate with and if there is ever an issue with the accommodation he sets out to fix the problem as soon as possible. In some instances he also points out and fixes a problem the tenants haven't noticed themselves.

Provided your tenancy runs smoothly and you leave the property in the condition you found it, you will receive your deposit back in full when you move out. However, the accommodation provider is entitled to make deposit deductions for missing items, damage or breaches to the terms set out in the tenancy agreement.
